Fantasy, sci-fi, thriller, etc. Mostly something with a supernatural element. Sometimes not. It varies.

Legitimate fortune-teller helps girl--whose future he cannot see--flee.
What do you do when you're not writing?
A combination of reading, eating, playing games, studying and (when the opportunity arises) working. Sometimes breathing.
What is your ultimate goal as a writer?
Uh. To get people to pay money to read the product of my imagination (and many hours of rewriting). And actually like it. Simple put, publication and a good enough novel that at least two strangers like it.
*Ultimate goal subject to change without notice.
How close are you to achieving this goal?
I think I'll achieve this sometime in the next hundred years (Seriously, still a way off).
What is the single most important piece of advice you can give a fellow writer?
Keep at it, no matter how bad your writing seems. You can only get better.
"Keep at it" is great advice. Nice interview!
